Assembled in 2017, the Canadian team consists of four dedicated volunteers and two opticians with over twenty years of experience. A minimum of three volunteers travel bi-annually to the African region (at their own expense) to conduct an eye camp and oversee the ongoing charitable activities.

The team in Uganda consists of two full-time staff members overseeing the orphanage in Kampala, Uganda alongside twelve volunteers residing in the region.
